MexicoHot Dish Review serves up real reviews just the way you like ‘em, fresh and juicy!  Completely biased and totally sarcastic, I’m dishing up the latest Atlanta restaurant gossip for your dining delight….delicious!

As for the photo, it was taken near Playa del Carmen, home of the best tacos ever….homemade corn tortillas filled with succulent beef, chopped onions, and guacamole just like my authentic recipe that I hijacked from a Mexican cleaning lady 20 years ago.

A couple of years have passed and lots of foie gras and duck confit have since passed my lips but I have it on good authority that the view is still pretty nice.

    Pura Vida is great, although chef Hector Santiago’s (of Top Chef) menu is a mix of Latin styles and flavors, not strictly authentic Spanish.
