Each flatbread is brushed with flavorful sesame oil, then topped with diced sushi grade tuna tossed in a terrific ponzu sauce made in house with lemongrass grown in There’s garden. The delicate fish is match with creamy slices of avocado, finished with a tangle of fresh pea shoots and a drizzle of tangy lime aioli.
