Black Spaghetti at BoccaLupo

One of Atlanta’s iconic pasta dishes, the Black Spaghetti at BoccaLupo is the epitome of Italian comfort food, each bite a luscious combination of unexpected flavors and textures.

Chef and owner Bruce Logue is the genius behind the dish. He makes the squid ink spaghetti in house, cooks it al dente’, then tosses it with chopped steamed red shrimp, crumbled hot Calabrese sausage, scallions, and crunchy, garlicky bread crumbs. It’s simply magical.
