During a recent trip to Miami, rather than staying on South Beach, we chose the phenomenal Epic Hotel downtown. I gobbled up these colorful mini tacos after a day at the pool!
Crispy shells are overstuffed with marinated diced tuna, then topped with smashed avocado and black sesame seeds. I managed to add the decorative shredded cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime for extra crunch and flavor.
