Seared Maine Diver Scallops at Livingston


Livingston used to be one of our hangouts, back when Zeb Stevenson was the chef and I dined with friends at the bar regularly. After several years’ absence, I found myself there with LC, meeting business associates. We decided to see what was on the menu these days.

One of the Southern-inspired dishes we ordered was the scallops entree; four plump seared scallops paired with littleneck clams in rich and flavorful tasso corn chowder, served with caramelized shaved Brussels sprouts.
