The spring brunch menu at TAP features several innovative and flavorful dishes, including this tasty toast topped with smashed avocado, two poached eggs, and hot chili flakes. And what goes better with avocado than bacon? Thick, chewy, perfect bacon. A side salad composed of baby arugula, quinoa, and cherry tomatoes was tossed with a bright, zingy vinaigrette.
If you want to try it, you better hurry! Chef Tyler Williams has been tapped (pun intended) to helm the kitchen going forward. Williams plans to revamp all of the menus, but I sure hope he doesn’t mess with the bacon!
