H&F Burger and Hop’s Chicken Now Open at Ponce City Market

After much anticipation, H&F Burger is officially open, serving its iconic cheeseburgers at Ponce City Market. Now available for lunch and dinner seven days a week, fans won’t have to wait until 10 p.m. or go to Turner Field to get their hands on one.

“…The burger is indeed the same exact one Holeman and Finch Public House serves: a griddled double cheeseburger, topped with red onion and house-made pickles, served on a freshly baked pan de mie bun from our bakery, H&F Bread Co., with from-scratch ketchup, and mustard on the side. The buns, sized with ideal bun-to-burger ratio in mind, are butter-toasted on the griddle for crispy golden edges. This burger is a direct descendent of the original that debuted at the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair.” (excerpt and photo courtesy

In addition to H&F Burger, chef Hopkins’ new crave-worthy concept, Hop’s Chicken, has made its debut. The fast casual spot is serving up crispy fried chicken, and flaky biscuits paired with Southern sides.
