Concept to focus on fresh ingredients and pizza crust dipping station

Atlanta’s latest pizza restaurant, Pizza Crosta, will open in mid to late April, offering diners a new pizza destination and also introducing a new concept to the city with an exclusive dipping station for pizza crusts. The station, similar to a salsa bar, will feature fresh spices, a variety of oils and dips so guests can enjoy the crust as much as the cheese-covered pizza itself.

Pizza Crosta is owned and operated by the same team as Buckhead Pizza Company and Sam Abdullah. “We have always been known for our incredible pizza crust, fresh ingredients and consistently great pizzas,” said Abdullah. “Now guests can further enjoy our delicious crust with their individual choices of dips and sauces.”

Pizza Crosta will offer counter service where guests place their custom pizza orders and add toppings to personalize their pizza. Each pizza is then prepared by-hand and baked in the open fire oven, the main focal point of the restaurant. As the pizza bakes, guests can place orders for additional sides including garlic knots and a variety of fresh salads, plus a selection of wine, local beer and more.

Each individual pie is available in a 10-inch size and will be priced around $8 to $10 per person with selections ranging from basic pepperoni, sausage, veggie, and margherita, to more creative options like grilled buffalo chicken, artichoke heart with rosemary, garlic, olive oil, fresh tomato and pesto drizzle.
