Drew Van LeuvanWith close to 20 years of culinary experience, chef Drew Van Leuvan opened Seven Lamps in late 2012 in the heart of the Buckhead with the goal of bringing elevated, authentic new-American cuisine to the area. Van Leuvan began cooking while attending the University of Massachusetts; he quickly realized cooking was his passion and went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. Van Leuvan apprenticed under some of the world’s finest chefs including Guenter Seeger, Wylie Dufresne, and Joel Antunes. He went on to serve as executive chef at several acclaimed Atlanta restaurants including Toast, Spice, and Saga. Van Leuvan began working with Concentrics Restaurants in 2008, helping with the opening of the Midtown gastropub TAP as well as Room at TWELVE Centennial Park before becoming executive chef at ONE Midtown Kitchen.
